Instructions
- Press Saute on the Instant Pot and wait for pot to be slightly heated up before adding the oil followed by all the spices, fry till fragrant
- Add ready made mala paste and stir fry with all the vegetables
- Add water and pasta and make sure all the pasta is submerged
- Cancel Saute
- Set valve to Sealing and cook at high pressure for 4 minutes, press Cancel wait for 3 minutes before doing a Quick Release
- Serve immediately
